Last week Ashton broke a light switch on a wall.  Lexi decided that it would be good just to remove the wall to open things up.  It actually was a great idea!! We can't wait for you to see the finished project to see how much it changed things.

"Mom can I please start remodeling our house?"  This is the a question I constantly get from Lexi and Ashton.  We bought a house to remodel, Garron has been gone a lot and we have been doing other projects and they are really bothered by how not pretty the house is.  My response, "You can't do that without dad.  You don't know how." 

"Yes, mom I do know how, I have been working with dad since I was born I can do it." they say trying to convince me.  I know what you are thinking.  The Jones kids come out of the womb working, they are amazing! What is their secret.  

Needless to say I don't believe them.  We sold a property and needed to exchange it for another so we bought two a condo and a house built in the 1940's.  Both need to be renovated.  The condo was the easier of the two.  Garron and I talked and decided to let the girls prove to us that they can remodel.  So we gave them $6000 and the condo to show us what they can do.  Follow along on their journey and see if they prove themselves worthy to renovate our home.
