Two Great Discoveries

First day on the tour and we’re off to a great start. Getting to our first destination at 5AM and then sleeping till 10:30AM was one way to start a day, and that wasn’t the best of the day. We made two grand discovers here in Boise, ID today the first being:

Full Circle Exchange

​Do you love chocolate? What about home decor or scarfs? Do you like to empower women to give them the skills and opportunity to rise out of poverty? Do you like to be happy? 
If you answered yes to those then you, like us, will love Full Circle Exchange. The makers of Happy Day Chocolate and other Artisan Goods, an organization that provides "stepping stones to self sufficiency through job training skills, education, healing and job placement" for women. 
The thing we love about traveling around the country and volunteering at different places, is finding these incredible people and organization. ​Full Circle Exchange helps women around the world, and in Boise, Idaho where they are based out of. They help refugees and domestic violence victims. This organization is one of my favorites, and I am so glad for our friend Elann Petersen for introducing us to Full Circle Exchange and volunteering with us. Together we folded 800 pieces of tissue paper that go in their gift baskets!!!

The Human Slingshot

​While meeting up with some friends in Boise, ID we discovered The Human Slingshot. And as odd as it sounds the Human Slingshot is something you can take anywhere with you. It’s made out of the same material as swim suits and its a four man job to operate. Below is us and a few of our friends Jones’n the Human Slingshot.

Personally I think it’s one of those things you need a helmet for. After we got it going it launched us so fast we nearly flip over the sides or run into each other. So yes the Human Slingshot is a real thing. In an upcoming tutorial we will show you how make your own Human Slingshot.
